Flambeau Fluid Systems manufactures a variety of caps to accompany our Windshield Washer Systems Tanks and Multi-Purpose Tanks. Our caps are categorized into two groups; threaded caps and snap caps. These two categories encompass a wide portfolio of features and options.
Our caps are designed to industry standard neck and thread sizes and also work well on many existing or new tank applications. Our caps are typically used on windshield washer systems, coolant recovery tanks, hydraulic reservoirs, chemical tanks, fuel tanks, and many other unique applications.
All of our caps are available as vented and unvented. Other options include tethers, molded colors, nylon, HDPE, and PP materials, raised graphics, and customized graphics for your fluid application. Our cap line is ever expanding, so we encourage you to contact us for features not shown.
The newly developed 2-1/4" (5.71 cm) and 3-1/2" (8.89 cm) Engineered caps are designed with your more demanding applications in mind. Typical uses include chemical tanks and fuel tanks. These caps are injection molded in nylon 6/6 and include EPDM gaskets for superior chemical resistance and overall toughness. A new engineered tether is the first accessory item being offered with our caps. This tether provides outstanding functionality in terms of strength, flexibility, with very low binding and interference. Our 2-1/4" (5.71 cm) Engineered Caps fit Flambeau Fluid Systems 1-6 quart (0.95-5.68 L), 2.5, 4, and 8 gallon (9.46, 15.14 and 30.28 L) tanks and our 3-1/2" (8.89 cm) Engineered Caps fit Flambeau Fluid Systems 5-7 gallon (19.83-26.50 L) tanks.
