Tank Selections
Using existing tanks, fittings and caps, Flambeau can design a fluid handling system suited to your application. Depending on space constraints and product location envelope, we offer tanks ranging from .25 liter capacity through 8 gallons. Fuel tanks are offered from 2.5 gallon through 8 gallon capacity. We offer 12 volt and 24 volt washer systems in 2 qt. to 6 qt. standard tank sizes. Customization of our larger tanks can be done for windshield washer applications. Overflow and coolant recovery tanks generally range from 2 qt. to 6 qt., with top and bottom fittings, silk-screening for level markings and vented caps. Hydraulic tanks require larger diameter fittings (5/8 inch) and can be assembled using any of our tanks. Challenge us to come up with a solution for your tank needs. |

Fitting Locations
Flambeau Fluid Systems tanks are manufactured with three primary fitting locations, melt-weld pads located top-left and top-right of the tank neck, as well as the bottom center of the tank. A variety of fittings can be installed using our unique melt-weld process in any of these locations. |

Cap Selections
Depending on the tank size, caps sizes include 1-5/8, 1-3/4, 2-1/4, 3-1/2 inch threaded caps. In addition, we offer two different styles of snap caps.
